The short version: Emberfall: My Lord doesn't collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your saved game stays on your device.

What stays on your device

To let you continue your reign, the App ("Emberfall: My Lord") saves your current game, the endings you've discovered, your settings (music, sound, text speed, text size and vibration), which tips you've seen, and whether the full year is unlocked. This is stored only in the App's storage on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and it is deleted when you delete the App.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage data. The App doesn't include advertising, analytics or tracking software from other companies, and it works without an internet connection.

Purchases

The App offers one optional in-app purchase (the full year). Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple's App Store (or Google Play) under their own privacy policies. The App asks the store, on your device, whether your account owns the unlock; the answer isn't sent to us. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details.

Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone, it doesn't collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If we ever start collecting any information, we'll update this policy first and ask for your permission where the law requires it.
